The University of Missouri-Kansas City’s School of Management recently unveiled the Henry W. Bloch Executive Hall. Inside the hall is an exhibit recognizing twenty of Kansas City’s most historically significant entrepreneurs.

The Miami Intermodal Center has won an engineering award for the project’s challenges. ENR’s independent judges noted the $360.4-million project’s “incredible challenges” included building over multiple rail lines, state roads and an active waterway, which required some barge-based segment erection.
