The system maintains the clean geometry, modular flexibility, and rich surface character of Zahner’s patinas and finishes, while introducing sound-dampening capabilities.

Designed for Calm, Built for Performance
Moda Aeris uses tiny perforations paired with a fabric acoustic backer to absorb ambient noise, dampen reverberation, and reduce echo. The perforations are engineered for balance: fine enough to maintain the panel’s visual continuity, yet tuned to improve speech intelligibility and sound comfort in reverberant environments.
This makes Moda Aeris especially well-suited for spaces such as:
- Lobbies and reception areas
- Atriums and public gathering spaces
- Classrooms and learning environments
- Cultural and entertainment interiors
- Hospitality and workplace environments
Because the perforations are subtle and integrated into the panel design, Moda Aeris panels retain the same dimensions, geometry, and luminous finish as the standard Moda system, allowing designers to incorporate acoustic performance without compromising visual intent.
