Collaboration

Collaboration is the first phase of the Zahner process. Here, the design team explores possibilities with Zahner, looking at expansive options to meet the goals of the client. The goal here is to ask the right questions so that the team can explore the best answers. Zahner uses this collaboration process to focus in on a solution with the design team — convergence.  The result of this process is the establishment of a set of shared expectations for the client’s design and scope.
