L. William Zahner to speak at Nelson-Atkins Museum
Saturday, October 18, 2014 L. William Zahner (CEO of A. Zahner Company) will discuss the creative processes used at Zahner during a panel discussion entitled “How We Do Great Things: Visual Culture, Creativity, Entrepreneurship in Kansas City”. The panel includes notable members of Kansas City’s design community: Populous senior principal Jon Knight and VML CEO Jon Cook.
The event is part of the 16th Biennial Edgar Snow Symposium, a multi-day conference taking place at multiple locations, featuring hosted conversations on the intersection of entrepreneurship and the arts. Dignitaries from China will be in attendance as well as local artists, entrepreneurs, journalists, and educators to learn more about Kansas City’s approach to craftsmanship the arts, education, and entrepreneurship.
